Position Overview 



Advanced Testing Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a dynamic biologist to join our team of dedicated professionals focused on client service and quality. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, forward thinking, and possess outstanding leadership development and/or technical skills, organizational awareness, and a commitment to excellence. 



Basic Education Qualifications:

Ideal candidate:

Would possess a minimum of a four-year degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry and ideally 1-2 years of applicable work or research experience, or a Master’s Degree.  Previous mammalian cell culture experience is ideal.

 Preferable Skills:

 Experience maintaining mammalian cell cultures 

 Strong aseptic technique 

 Experience with routine/protocol driven biochemical and/or cell based assays and methods, including Western Blot, PCR and Flow Cytometry techniques

 Ability to analyze and interpret assay results and properly document statistical data 

Learn new techniques quickly and easily 



Communicate effectively with both ATL and client staff 



Remain flexible to ever-changing needs in a positive and professional manner 






Job Requirements

Major Responsibilities :

Execute a variety of cell-based assays on a daily basis 



Maintain multiple mammalian cell culture lines 



Perform data analysis and experiment documentation 



Assist in any troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation 



Interact professionally with both internal and external clients
